Refunds and Returns

We hope that you will always be happy with your purchases, we are committed to your satisfaction and to the quality of our products however in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied you may request a refund.
You have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to either return any unwanted items or tell us you would like to do so. Once you've let us know, you then have a further 14 days to complete your return. (Please note SALE items are non refundable)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and you must have proof of purchase. Return postage must be paid by the customer unless the item was damaged on receipt.
